The EOT Crane moves over the rails placed on the top of Gantry Girders which is designed with I beams or U beams and other rolled sections. It consists of an electric motor brake, a wire cord, a drum, a pulley, a hook, and several other components that move between rails connected to gantry girders.

Electrical Panel – This modular pane design ensures easy installation, better performance, simple circuitry, compact terminals, and ducted wiring. Moreover, you can maintain the panel with minimal efforts. There is a special protection system to prevent motor overload issues.

Limit switch – Over-lowering and over-hoisting of hook are common problems. To avoid these issues, you can use this limit switch. Stoppers, integrated with the switch, prevent the problem of over-travelling.

Push button station – As it is a lightweight system, you can easily operate it and manage it. The aluminium design ensures a lasting value.

Painting – Before assembling the parts, we have applied primers. Then, after testing the system, we have coated them with synthetic enamel.

The bridge girder is supported on two end carriages, each housing a pair of wheels. The wheels are driven by motor gearbox units. A wire rope hoist is suspended below the bridge girder. The crane can be operated through pendent station hanging from wire rope hoist or through radio remote control. The pendent station can be made to move independent of hoist movement as per customer’s choice.
