Our double girder design utilizes twin box-type girders, fabricated from high-tensile IS 2062 steel plates, ensuring minimum deflection and maximum stability under full load conditions. With this configuration, we mount the hoist on top of the girders, allowing for increased lifting height—making it ideal for facilities where headroom is a constraint and every millimeter of vertical clearance counts.

We custom-build our cranes for spans of up to 30 meters and lifting heights up to 20 meters, based on the unique requirements of our clients. The crab unit, which houses the hoisting mechanism and trolley, travels smoothly along the girders using precision-ground wheels and gearboxes for efficient and controlled load movement. Our hoists typically offer dual-speed lifting (e.g., 5/0.8 m/min), enabling fine positioning during delicate operations as well as faster lifting when needed.

All our cranes are powered with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for long travel and cross travel motions, ensuring smooth acceleration, deceleration, and reduced mechanical stress on components. The result is longer equipment life and safer operations. Our modular end carriages are fitted with hardened EN-8/EN-9 wheels, mounted on self-aligning bearings to ensure low-noise, low-maintenance performance.

Safety is at the core of every solution we offer. We equip our cranes with electrical overload protection, limit switches, emergency stop systems, and anti-collision devices—especially vital when operating multiple cranes in the same bay. All our cranes conform to IS 3177 and IS 807 standards, guaranteeing reliability and compliance with Indian industrial safety norms.
